How it works

Connect your existing telematics
RelyUp first checks what mechanical data each selected vehicle actually provides. Your current provider stays in place.

See your fleet's data coverage
You learn which analyses are available for each vehicle and where data is missing. Missing data is never shown as a healthy vehicle.

Evaluate real maintenance decisions
Your maintenance team reviews available findings and alerts with RelyUp and records the actions taken.

Receive a final results report
It separates observed cases, retrospective findings, data limitations and estimated financial impact based on your own costs.

Choose whether to continue
You can review a monthly or annual proposal. There is no automatic charge when the evaluation ends.
What to expect
- • A RelyUp team member reviews your request, agrees the scope and approves activation.
- • We connect through your provider's secure authorization process — never by email or this form.
- • The 45-day clock starts on the activation date we confirm with you; you'll see the activation and end dates in your account. A material data interruption can pause the clock.
- • If historical telematics and maintenance records are available and you authorize it, we can review 3–6 months of history. Retrospective findings are labelled as such.
- • Extra hardware is not part of the standard trial. Full Telemetry requests are handled separately under their own commercial terms.
What we don't promise
Results depend on the data your vehicles actually report. We don't promise a number of alerts, prevented breakdowns, savings or integration time. If your provider supplies insufficient data, we'll explain the limitation and offer a data coverage assessment instead.
You choose monthly or annual billing from our standard price list. Example for 20 vehicles (minimum 5):
